Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery, before the carrier leaves. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, refuse the package and contact us immediately.

If you receive damaged merchandise or do not receive your order at all, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation. Please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Do not discard the shipping carton or manufacturer's packaging β€” these are required to facilitate the investigation.

  • All claims are usually processed within 2 weeks from initiation.
  • If the carrier accepts responsibility, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Single Source Suppliers and a replacement item will be sent to you.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All transactions on our store are secured with industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store payment card details and will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

Stock Availability

While we endeavour to keep our stock information up to date, availability can change rapidly. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.
