Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are usually shipped within 1β2 business days from confirmation of order, subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment and any applicable tracking information.
All items purchased from Single Source Suppliers are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents. Risk of loss passes from Single Source Suppliers to such agents upon delivery of any item to the carrier.
Ownership of all goods supplied remains vested in Single Source Suppliers until payment is made in full.
Couriers & Delivery Method
We use major couriers for all door-to-door deliveries. The courier used may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

β οΈ This delivery policy applies to goods under 30 kg. For orders exceeding 30 kg, we will contact you regarding any additional charges before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Gauteng & major cities (Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, etc.) β within 48 hours of dispatch
- Eastern Cape & Western Cape major cities β within 48β96 hours of dispatch
- Outlying areas β 72 hours to 1 week from dispatch
Single Source Suppliers will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Warranty
- We only sell products imported by the official importer of the relevant brand β all products carry their full manufacturer's warranty.
- We do not sell grey imports.
- All defective products under warranty are sent to the relevant supplier or official service centre for repair or replacement.
- A product warranty cannot be honoured if the product has been physically damaged, struck by lightning, installed incorrectly, or subjected to misuse or abuse.
Offer to Purchase
- When a customer selects and pays for goods, this constitutes an offer to purchase from Single Source Suppliers.
- Single Source Suppliers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject that offer β even after payment has been received.
- The offer is considered accepted and the transaction finalised when goods are shipped/delivered to the customer.
- If an offer is rejected after payment, a full refund will be issued within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations
We will accept cancellations on orders that are still pending. If costs have been incurred, these will be passed on to you. Cancellations during processing are subject to a 10% handling fee.
Single Source Suppliers shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages sustained by the purchaser, whether or not caused by the negligence of the seller, its agents or employees.
Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information β or cancel orders β at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
